Anyone else having issues with the permit system?.... Managed, once, to get as far as selecting a pickup location for my permit before it errored out.

I just saw that. There is now a message at the top of the page - "Due to technical difficulties, reservations for Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness are closed. We are diligently working to correct the problem. Please check back for status updates."
