This site boasts the biggest sand beach we saw on Perent Lake, but is otherwise below average. Landing is nose-in on beach. Water is shallow, so good for wetfoot gear transfer. Canoes have to be lugged up to an already very small clearing. The kitchen is right above the landing, and the grate is not facing the wind exposure. There is decent 3 log seating. Only one of the tent pads would be considered good. The sand beach does extend out a ways while remaining shallow, making it nice for supervised kids.
