Even though there are 2 landings, neither is obvious from the water. The primary one is nose-in or alongside a pleasant, gradually sloping gravel beach. There is a steep climb to the living area. The other landing is around the point which requires alongside loading, and is no less wind exposed. The climb up is not as steep. There is no canoe storage at either landing. The clearing is small and very open, and is likely to be filled by your tents. There is private small clearing at the end of a path to the left that contains a slanted tent pad. There are 2 good tent pads in the clearing as well as a slanted one. The kitchen is at back of clearing. It only has one log, and is exposed to a north wind. The view up the lake is spectacular with a pretty island framed between the US and Canadian shores. The gravel beach is another intangible, as it looks relatively safe for children swimming. There was Verizon service on the elevated clearing!
