Nice little island site, enough cover for shelter from wind and sun when needed, some decent views. The fire ring has been relocated and rebuilt more than once, and it is rather meager and poorly constructed, comparatively. Decent fishing in the area though we caught nothing from shore here. Good canoe landing, good swimming. Site was clean, and although we did not go looking for TP bombs, we did not see any. This island is emphatically too small for latrine use - that's a short paddle to the mainland shore. It would appear recent users have been good about this issue which can really ruin a small island site fast. Firewood scarce - another trip to the mainland!

Site was clean when we found it. There were some large nails in trees, but they were useful so we didn't remove them. We found the best entry point was the northeast end of the island (which is close to the fire ring). That location is good for tying up canoes and staging gear. We used this island as a base camp and made day trips to other lakes. It rained every night, but not heavy. We had no big issues with drainage. Fire ring area was great for rain tarp for dining. It was our central location until we went to our tents to sleep.

Nice island, but evidence of very heavy use (lots of trash, TP, no wood, nails and rope hanging everywhere... we cleaned it up some). Big fire pit w/ bench. One nice tent site, one so-so. Very nice views of lake with multiple exposures.

Very nice island. Fantastic views north and west over the lake from elevated fire pit area. Best landing on tiny beach on south end of island, then short climb to tent sites and further up to fire pit. Can be windy but slope of island falls toward SE enough to provide shelter from winds at tent sites.
