Got it. Thanks.

I just tried it on my iphone. It works, but the dialog displaying the "find" or "center map" options remains on the screen. I have to manually close that dialog in order to see the map behind it, which is then located correctly. So yeah, the size of the screen makes it behave a little less than intuitively, but it is indeed working on iOS.

It worked fine on my laptop. It may simply be screen space. Wish I could overcome it - close the search page to leave map.

Work for me on my laptop using Chrome. This will be hard for me to test since I don't own a Pixel. Can anyone else verify that this is just a Pixel problem? Or is it a problem on other devices, too? Or does it not work in certain browsers? If you are having this same issue, please post here.

I've noticed on be my Pixel 3 that the "find" function on maps does not work. I go to it, select a EP or lake, band hit "find" and it does nothing. Ditto "center map". Have not had an occasion to check on laptop.
