I have been seeing this lately on the maps. People will add points on every lake, every portage, every turn, etc. You do not need to do this. The more points you have, the harder the browser and server have to work to get it to load. If there are too many points (especially if the points are not campsites or portages), you will receive an error. The Route Finder does not need too many points to work. Treat it more like Google maps when you are finding driving directions. You do not need to tell Google where to go at every intersection. Same with the Route Finder - you only need to put a point if it takes a different route than you want. Generally starting and ending points are enough (if they are far apart, a couple in between).
