Just a heads up. for those that are looking at doing any local river runs the water levels are up and they are flowing beautifully. I have made two runs on the Red Lake River, two down the Mississippi and one down the Otter tail river all in late May. The Otter tail was the fastest of the three.

That's good to hear, but "local" could be anywhere. It would help to know where you are.
