So I just added a campsite review to here. But I don't see how to add a photo to the review. Is that done in the review or some other way.

There are a couple of places. If you have a lot of photos, the photo upload tool is easiest - https://www.paddleplanner.com/photos/upload.aspx
If it is just one or two here and there, you can upload them on the map. Enter "Explore" mode on the map. Click on the campsite you have a photo of. Then click on the "upload" button on the top menu bar.
