Please wear your PFD at all times! Even if it is sunny and calm. You do not know when you will hit your head, have a heart attack, or be incapacited in some manner. 

If you are on a trip with me, you must wear your life jacket. I do not care how good of a swimmer (you think) you are. Stuff happens.
