Found a campsite on a little lake north of Lynx Lake. The lake was small and shallow but had a lot of small mouth bass in it. The camp had a USFS fire grate I did not check to see if it had a thunder box. Copied from my GPS N48.24033° W92.19631° . There were 2 portages required to get there. They were plain to see but unmaintained. Portage 1 N48.22590° W92.19411° to N48.22703° W92.19386° Portage 2 N48.23537° W92.19566° to N48.23661° W92.19565° Between Panhandle and Pan Lakes there are 2 portages. An old one and a new one and the old one is not maintained. On Pan Lake they both start at the same place which is correctly marked by Paddleplanner waypoint 5221111. The other end (Panhandle Lake end) of the new portage is at N47.99170° W91.07056° The Paddleplanner waypoint 4461 for the portage from Little Saganaga going toward Eiton is a ways off from the actual portage. The end of the portage is at N48.02508° W91.02470° .

I will get the fixes in soon. I looked into the campsite on Yodeler Lake. eagle98mn put in a comment a year ago about the old campsite. Apparently it is mismarked on the map, and I just need to move it. The thunderbox is nailed shut, so it is not a legal campsite (why did they leave the fire grate?). This is eagle98mn's review: Found the old campsite in 2021 after not finding it in 2018. The wooden thunderbox is still in the woods, although clearly nailed shut by the forest service. The site itself is completely overgrown and would need clearing if the forest service ever decided to reopen it. In 2018, I found the fire grate on the northern shore of the lake and it was still there (with no toilet, so still not a legal campsite) I will add the portages but mark them as unmaintained. For now, maintained and unmaintained look the same, but I am planning on changing that. I will also fix the other portages you mentioned.
