Does anyone have any experience in the area between Fish Lake and Nectar Lake? Looks like a good place to see a moose? Will it be floatable in the spring? I can see on google earth that it may be, but I find no trip reports or tracks.

I haven't done it, but it looks like it would be rough. Not only is it a PMA, but it is also runs entirely through the Cavity Lake Fire area.

The fire areas have downed trees to clamber over, I imagine? It’s 3 1/2 miles. I believe I may leave it as an option to be considered on site.

Thank you for your insight. Not only the downed trees, but the new growth tends to be really thick, making bushwhacking difficult.
