I put never wet on my double blade paddle blades and lower shaft. The water falls off and does not run down the shaft. I get much less water in the boat. I do not like to feel it so I do not get it on the part my hands touch. It has been on for about 4 hours of paddling and still works well but I do not have a longer test to see how long it will last. I like it and have put it on my single blade but have not tried it out.

I have a pair of Bean Boots that leak at the stitching. The boots are in good shape and I would like to wear them this year but they leak. I wonder if this stuff would work on them to make them waterproof. Any idea.

Maybe just use some seam sealer?

I have tried SNO-SEAL before, but after a few dunks in the water they leak again. It only works for a short time. That is why I thought Never Wet would work.

I am going to try Never Wet on my pack bag. It should shed the water before it gets a chance to soak in.
