Ermine-1 is similar to many of the other Sylvania campsites.The site is large but not flat at all. There's plenty of space for tents, but not really any good tent pads for larger tents. The privy is up a steep hill, and it was quite slippery when we were there. The landing is not great at the water levels we encountered. There was about a 1-2 ft drop-off from shore to the water, so it was a bit tricky getting in and out of the boat, but it wasn't challenging.
