Just poked around here on a rest day while camping at the island site. This site is pretty small, brushy and poorly shaded. Definitely not the best site on Adams and really only suitable if you enjoy watching the fire grate, or being watched from the fire grate, while using the toilet. Addendum: The landing is sidelong flat rock with a sharp drop into the lake, difficult with wind or any misstep. There's a climb to the fire grate as well so that limits tent sites and the brush makes hammocking more difficult.
