I debated rating this 3 or 4 stars. The big downside is the portage running right through the site. The advantages are the great views and good fishing. The small rapids are nice. There is a large tenting area. I saw at least three good tent pads, and I think you could squeeze up to 5 tents in the space.

Initially stopped here to rest, resorted to staying due to limited campsite availability on Horse and Fourtown. Grew to enjoy the spacious site and decent fishing towards evening on the SE side. Strong West wind really whipped through the tent area, but kept mosquitoes away. Wonderful site to sleep in a hammock while listening to babbling waters. As noted by others, you may experience traffic through your kitchen unless they cross closer to the water. Though we were there 2.5 days and only had 3 groups pass through. Also, did not find any traces of Covid-19 at this campsite.

Stopped to shelter from a storm. Kitchen area is next to an unmarked portage and some rapids. Few trees, exposed to the wind and sun. Tent area is large and back in the trees. There's a sandy landing near the tent area. Good campsite for gregarious people.

Beautiful views with a little rapids running next to camp. Kids used thier sleeping pads to float down the moving water. Good fishing and good views. Yes, this is also an unmarked portage as people have said. The portage got a little busy, maybe 12 people around mid day as they moved to thier next site. But overall it is fun to say hello and meet fellow campers. We would stay for sure again.

Good clean campsite with great fishing. The only downfall was the traffic. But everything else about it was desirable. I would stay again if I was passing through.

Nice site with great views BUT you will have everyone coming and going portaging thru your camp and this a high traffic route/area.

Nice site except for the fact that there is an unmarked portage that goes right through the middle of the campsite by the fire grate.
