This is a 4 star site for smaller groups. Our group of 4 stayed here and quite enjoyed it. It would be pretty tight for groups of 6-9, particularly if you have more than 3 tents. I'd go 3 stars for a big group. Great kitchen overlooking the water. The nearby rock thrones are fun and offer a great view of beautiful Ge-Be. Canoe landing is not great, but it's average.

An average site with way above average furniture and fireplace. There is a room for a tent, but the highlight is definitely the throne room on the nearby hillside. I would love to know the story behind the construction of the chairs, and I'm glad they have been left to stand as an oddity at this particular campsite even though they aren't natural. It was hard to move on from our rest at this site!

Beautiful stone chairs and fireplace here, but the site is very sloped, and the tent pads are not good.

While my group was here, there were a few fallen trees that limited the available space on the site itself. However, there are stone chairs in an open area adjacent to the site. This makes the site unique and definitely worth visiting.

The site is a little on the small-and-tight side. It would be great if you needed shelter from a west wind, but not so much if you wanted some breeze and sunshine. Someone has done some serious stone work at this site over the years. The July '14 windstorm took down a few trees at this site, but the site is still functional.
