Awesome campsite with a great sunset view. The kitchen had multiple tables built around it when we were there. Good trees for bear ropes and hammocks. Only criticism is not a a lot of tent pads. Good for a smaller group.

The distinguishing feature of the campsite is a huge sloping rock face that is visible from the other side of the lake. The campsite itself is to the north of the rock face (many maps show it to the south of the cliff). The rocky ledge right in front of the camp does not work very well as a landing. The best landing is a sloping rock point a little bit to the north. There is a 5-foot rock cliff next to the grate. Both of the "good" tent pads are slightly slanted. Another potential tent pad is in a clearing right next to the latrine. Another one is next to the fire grate.

This is a beautiful site with lots of shade. The site has access to a short hike to an overlook of Ima. The fire grate has been moved back away from the lake and is well shaded. The bad part of this site is the water access. On a day with strong westerly winds, it is difficult to enter/exit canoes.

This is a smaller site with its fire grate right near the water on a smooth rock slab. It's very scenic, but small. A group of 4 should be fine. More than that might be cramped. If you have small group, this could be a 4 or 5 star.
