This is a site that is better than it looks from the water. There are 3 possible landings--tiny gravel beach and off low rock ledge. All are mediocre, wind exposed, and do not have much canoe storage. The three level clearing is open, grassy, and on small side, but does have some nice rock. The grate is located in front of a rock ledge that protects it from the wind. Note the heavy glacial striations on nearby rock. There were no logs for seating, but rock ledges provide places to sit. There is a handy rock table. The best tent pad is on latrine trail. Other spots are between the landing and the kitchen, plus behind ledge. There is a path along shore that leads to nice "coffee" rock with a view of an island in Canada. No good pack hanging trees.

Stayed here for one night on our way back to Moose. The site is decent but every tent pad except like one is on a hill. Throughout the night I was constantly moving myself so I didn't end up at the foot of the tent. There are plenty of spots for tents though. We took a group of 9 people with 5 tents and there was at least 1 tent pad not even used. There are 2 decent landings and both spots offer swimming opportunities. Given the location right along the path between Knife and Moose I can't imagine any group trying to stay more than one night here, so for one night it was pretty decent. The site offers a good view of the sunset too!

I cannot find my notes on the campsite, so I will try my best. The landing was tricky, but once you landed, the campsite was nice. A few open and level, but somewhat rocky, tent pads. There were no logs around the fire grate at the time I visited.
