Was planning to go farther on this day, but the campsite was open and beautiful - ended up staying the night. No regrets - beautiful site. Would stay again!

This is a great site with a sandy beach landing and a nice area for many tents. very large open kitchen area. One of my favorite campsites in the BWCA.

Beautiful site up about 12' from the water along cliffs. Grassy on top and very open. Nice small sandy beach. Nits that keep me from giving it five stars: primary camp area is completely exposed in a South wind situation, tarp trees set way back from the fire grate

This is an incredible site! Could easily accommodate a full crew of 9. It has a nice sand beach for landing your canoes and swimming. We based here and then spent a day exploring/fishing the Alice narrows. Majority of the site sits up off the water and has a great view of N Insula. Check out our pics for more. Tidbit...this site had Verizon LTE coverage
