This is a surprisingly nice spot for a one tent group. The site is in the burn zone but the forest service saved enough trees to create a very nice shady oasis for cooking and one tent. The fire grate is nearby in a sunny area overlooking a nice bay of Insula. The site also has a nice sandy beach!

My first ever site. Watched Loons every day. Eagle to the south. Great fishing nearby. Only bad part was looking at burnt trees for 3 days.
