Great site off the main drag with adequate shade but good wind exposure.

Nice, quiet site on a peninsula. There are multiple landing options, the best being on the west side of the peninsula. The site itself faces east into the bay. Kitchen is open with a nice view of the bay. When we visited, there was a nice table and kitchen setup. A treed area next to the kitchen can serve as an OK tent pad, but it worked really well as a tarp setup for us. Very steep hike to the latrine. There is a drop off in front of the site that worked well for swimming. There is a secluded area down a short trail on the northeastern shore. It can be used as a (slanted) tent pad, but it worked really well for my hammock.

Checked this site out on our way by. It is nicely raised above the lake. The back bay is beautiful. This is also the southernmost unburned site which makes it really attractive. It was still too early for us to stop today, but this was a really nice site. I wiuld happily have stayed here.

This is a great site, right on the edge of the Pagami Creek Fire damage. The campsite faces east into the bay at some 10-15 feet stone ledges. These ledges can be used to jump into the water - it's clear below but check yourself to be sure. Fire pit and latrine are average. Overall this is a great site.
