Arrived day 1 from tow-in on Moose Lake; stayed 2 nights. Of the two landing spots, the north entrance was by far easier. Great view of sunrises and sunsets. Fishing was good on the south side for smallies (Caught 3 big ones) using 5-inch senkos. Very few bugs (though we stayed after the first freeze of the season.

Beautiful views over south bay from the cooking area was a highlight. Elevated grassy field allowed numerous tents and hammocks. More of a peninsula than an island, as it appeared on our map. Having landings on N and S sides allowed some flexibility in windy conditions. N approach was easier, but windier for us. Very steep and tricky climb to latrine, where some cell coverage existed. Walking past latrine eventually led to a stone beach with views of thunder pt. Some mosquitos. No bears.

Stayed two nights at this nice island site. As others have noted, it's best to land on the north side of the island, even though the view from the campsite is to the south side. Large, grassy, relatively flat campsite that allows for about 4 tents, and some nice trees for hanging hammocks and a rain fly. The latrine is up on a steep hill, which requires a hike up over lots of rocks and loose stones which were a bit hazardous when wet. It was nice being able to sit on either the north or south end of the camp and continue enjoying the breezes when they shifted directions. No sign of bears during our stay.

Couldn't push on to Kek in one day due to fierce headwind, so we stayed here. Big open grassy area, a few decent tent spots for sure. Firepit is exposed to the wind but has a decent view. Did not see a bear or signs of one. Would stay here again but would prefer to push on to NAK/SAK which have some nicer sites a few miles down.

Very large, flat grassy area with a nice view. Could fit a lot of tents here, but it looked like you could have trouble putting stakes in the ground. Access to the site from both the north and the south. The campsite faces south, but the best access is the north side.

Nice island campsite. Sits up high large grassy open area but the rocks in the grassy area prevent setting up large tents. Best entrance is from the north side but it is a long climb up to the camp area. South side entry has rocks that prevent floating the canoe in to shore easily.
