We were expecting long and heavy rain so we made camp early in the day at this site. We ended up staying 3 nights. Amazing sunset views and an easy bag hang. Rocky landing. Kitchen area is very nice. Not too much traffic as most people we saw were far off in the distance continuing on to Lake Four.

It was tough to rate this site. The forest service moved this one since the other two reviews. It now sits on a rock slightly north underneath some massive white pine. This site has an amazing camp kitchen, good landings, and is incredibly beauitful. If the tent pads had been better, this would be an easy 5 star site now. I would stay here. Today we just stopped for lunch. This would be a great site for hammock camping

We ended up here because all other campsites in the area were taken. Stayed one night and moved to a better place. Its windswept and rough with no really good bear tree. But it was good in a pinch.

This site was burnt in the Pagami Creek fire. It is pretty desolate. When it fills back in it has a neat view of Lake 3. Landing isn't very good.
