I only stopped here to look around, but would stay here. I liked this spot. This side of the river was not burned in 2021. It has not been used as a campsite for many years, or even decades. Grass is growing back in the fire ring. But there are some level tent spots further back in the bush. If you have time it would be better to paddle into Barclay and stay on the island campsite.
