I stopped here and got out for a break. Very nice campsite that was not burned from the recent fires, so good shelter from the wind. Also underused, so not much impact. Someone spent some time and built a nice fire ring that is perfect for cooking. Many spots for hanging a kitchen tarp if it is raining. I will have to remember this spot the next time I am paddling through Royd.
