The actual site is at the back of the little circle bay where the exposed fire grate and small kitchen area area located. There is a false area that looks like the site on the tip just south of the actual site where there is a rogue fire area this is not the site although this area has very nice views of bay and a little trail connecting to the main site. There is not an obvious canoe landing site here, they all have issues with submerged rocks, steep slippery granite, or some flaw. The main site has a smallish, barely adequate kitchen, made OK by the nice view out towards the islands in the bay. There is 1 fairly good tent area with a little bit of slope and another could be squeezed out of the area just behind the kitchen in a potentially wet area. The toilet is straight back from the main kitchen, down a short trail. As of this trip there was a tree partially blocking access that needs to get dealt with. This is an OK site for a small group.

Nice views of the lake. The camp site is mostly all rock. The big problem is that pit toilet is very hard to find, and difficult to get too. It is located about 100 yards from the camp site. About where the red dot is shown on the map. There is no path to it from the camp site. Your best bet to canoe over to it. Previous campers had pooped on the ground and left a stinky mess.

Had to settle for this site after a long day of travel. Stayed 1 night. It has an open rock landing with room for 1 tent. Spent about and hour looking for the pooper but was unable to find one. Caught some smallmouth bass in the small bay. Great view of the lake.
