On my way east, I was planning to stay here for the night, but kept going to Hatchet Lake. The 2021 Fire completed burned up this island turning it into one big ashtray. I only give it one star because it does have large and well constructed fire pit. Many down trees and now no hiding from the wind or stormy weather. Might be nice again in 20-30 years?
