Just two of us so the sight was adequate. I enjoyed exploring the waters edge to the south. Trails and large rocks were abundant. The sight is well used and the privy was new, but the old one was just thrown a 100 yards behind the new on. A lot of old and new trash that we packed out. Had surprising little traffic while we where there. The point to the north was a great place to watch showers pass and double rainbows to appear.

"Settled" for this site, but made it basecamp for our group of 8. The best canoe access is actually the small point to the south of the camp, not the north. The north access is dangerous for entry/exit/loading.
Beautiful views of stars, SE facing with a buffer of sumac to cushion the wind.

The boat landing is on the north and quite a ways to where the fire grate is located. So it isolates your boats where you can't see them. The campsite itself is elevated with a south view. Since it's on the way to the falls, lots of traffic goes by. Actually this site is probably better for 3 hammocks as they can hang out on the eastern point closer to the boats. But the fire grate is still a trek.
