*2024 Update*: I stayed here overnight and still love this campsite. I was even greeted by a family of river otters in the morning. I don't think they see many human visitors. Very curious to know what I was up to. 2020:I stopped and got out to look around. Nice site that was not burned in 2016. Big fire ring and many flat spots for tents, gentle slope down to the lake. Good group site. I would have stayed if it was not so early in the day.

Good landing, fire ring on a point, the tent sites are further back in the trees. An east facing site with a long granite beach, lots of room to walk around. 3 stars.
