Great site, no other sites in view but you can hear motors if the wind is right. There are a lot of tree roots so be careful if you’re walking around in the dark. Nice beach area and plenty of spots to sit and some areas to hang stuff. Not, much in the way of places to hang bear bags but that might be due to my skill level.

Great Site!! Beautiful views on both sides, multiple excellent tent sites, great landing on each side, mix of shade and sun, caught a few fish from shore, good swimming area. Lots of trails along the shores that you can use to fish from shore. Excellent logs for sitting around fire grate. A true 5-star site.

Excellent wide open site. Lots of room for lots of campers. Good tent pads and hammock trees. On a sliver of land with wide open east and west views.

The site is located on the narrows between an island and the mainland. Despite what the map looks like, you cannot get through in low water (or maybe even high water) - you must drag/portage over or go around the island. There are sand beaches on both sides. It is mostly jack pine. The fire grate has been built up and is now a large rock pile. Awesome view on both sides of the site. There is little shade by the fire grate but plenty elsewhere in the site.
