Did not stop to check it out, but despite heavy burn in the area, thought it would be worth noting that it appears this site was entirely spared. Did not get out of the canoe, so no comment on the rest of your accommodations.

nice flat spot, good landing. burnt with little shelter from sun or winds but good fire pit - crazy beaver calls it home! haha!

The area burned in 2018 or so? This site didn't burn really. Pretty exposed site, not used much, but perfectly acceptable our first night in. The campsite across the narrows to the east is unusable/unsafe due to standing dead trees and snags. Just use this site and look no further.
