Nice site, with sand beach for easy landings and nice kitchen. East facing, with amazing view from the fire grate, and 2 nice tent pads nestled among the trees, including many mature red pines. There are also several trails to explore the immediate area, and nice rock outcroppings nearby to sit by the water, if the beach isn't your thing.

I could not visit the site since there were people there (taking a break, not camping), but from what I saw, it was a very nice site. There is a sand landing. I'm not sure if it would be considered a beach, but it at least is a nice landing area. Then there is a steep climb to the kitchen. It looked like there would be an amazing view from the fire grate. Behind the kitchen there is at least one very large, flat tent pad. The entire site is in a scenic red pine grove.
