Really great site on top of a large rock face facing somewhat northwest. Tons of room to roam around, play camp games, sunbathe, etc. The only thing that was weird was the fire grate faced the woods instead of the lake, so when cooking, you were looking at the woods. Canoe landing was OK at the base of the rock face. Really great, flat tent pads.

The site is on top of a large granite protrusion, so there is a nice view from the top. The landing is a sloped rock on the south side of the hill. It is a hike up to the site. The tent pads are large. The tent pad area is so square and flat that it looks manmade. The path to the latrine is so wide and straight that it looks like an old logging road. I would not be surprised if there was some history here.
