Although we stayed on the dreariest of days, this was a nice enough site. Room for a smaller group, and a nice kitchen. Plenty of shade (or hammock opportunities) provided by the many mature pines.
There is a nice landing, directly in front of the kitchen area, and nice southerly views

I've stayed here a couple times. The last time it seems like they cleared some more space to the west which is very good for hammocks. It also has let some light into the site as it tends to be shady. Had a bear encounter here, maybe a 2 year old. So even though you're on an island, hang your food.

Good for smaller group! Landing-small sand with rock in high water, Tents-2 flat, Kitchen-good flat, Shady-open large trees, Hammock-many good trees
