We were targeting the site just to the North but it was occupied so settled on this spot. Looked just "ok" when we got there but ended up being a really nice site for 2 people. Western facing rocks to dry out our gear in the sun. Little climb up from the landing but a really nice swimming/bathing spot on the south side of the site. Just have to watch out as other paddlers may get a great view of your bath when they come out of the portage to the south! Open view of the stars at night and we were rewarded with an amazing Northern Lights show when we looked up from our campfire that night. Even had a family of otters swim by in the morning while we enjoyed our coffee.

Barren rock point. Very open with little shade. The sloping rock on the south side of the peninsula is the best landing option, but it still wasn't great.

Best campsite for late summer. Exposed part good for keeping bugs at bay. Great huge tree for hanging food pack. Walk in & out swimming off point.

Very open site, only one bear tree (better to have a bear barrel). Very nice swimming options. Saskatoon berry bushes all around. Two small tent sites. Multiple nice rocks to sit & enjoy the view.
