Site is high on a rock with a nice view of the lake but has tons of blown down trees. Little shade except back in the woods and there’s no breeze. Is definitely hot. Two landings, and a trail to the portage make an easy departure. No good bear hang or hammock locations.

There is a trail from the portage to the campsite. There is another small landing at the east end of the site. Massive rocks surround the kitchen. The kitchen has a nice view, but it is very exposed. One tent pad is protected. The other is nearer the water and more exposed.
