Great island site. Landing is good, just south of the rocky point. Open area nestled under huge pines with the fire grate in the middle. Good swimming area off of the rocky point. Good fishing all around Lac La Croix, Northern, Smallies & Walleye. Be in your tent before dark, the mosquito swarms hit hard and heavy!

Nice open space and flat tent pads. Great site for large groups.

We stayed at the site on the point but I took a walk to this site to check it out. Very nice open site under some red pines. Good landing, open fire ares with good views. You should not complain too much about this site,
