BWCA Campsite 1847 on Agamok

I backtracked to here when I could not cross Gabimichigami due to weather. While far from the best of the trip, it worked in a pinch. The site is very small (might be able to squeeze 2 tents in but no trees suitable for hammocks. In fact, I needed to use a canoe paddle for tarp support). What used to be the best tent pad has 2-3 large trees laying across it and the latrine pit is even starting to cave in a bit (did not appear to have been used in years). On the upside, lots of wood was readily available and the row of cedars along the shore blocked the wind nicely. I suspect this may be a very old site as the grate is different from any other I found on a 10 day trip. (Note: Westernmost & Easternmost sites were both occupied the night I was there so they must be open as well)
