Nice campsite with flat rock peninsula jutting out. Easy to pull up canoe. Close to firewood access. Good fishing from site with northern pike and smallmouth bass caught in this lake.

This site is far better than the 2 star rating given a the time I visited. The ground was covered in pine needles and there are 2 very nice tent pads. The large pine trees offer wonderful protection from the rain but allow the wind to come in from the lake and blow away the bugs. The shore line is mostly clear with some smaller bushes and offers a great look over Gull lake. The fire grate is in a perfect place to set up a tarp over and enjoy the fire and view even in the rain. Our first night on the lake the sky cleared up and we saw the Northern lights, it was quite as show.

Not a bad site in the pines. The camp sits on a substantial hillside and there is not much open area along shore or in the camp.
