Site from the kitchen area is open and breezy as it is on a little finger peninsula. It has views to the south, west, and north. The openness can potentially cause windy conditions in the kitchen area; tent sites are a bit more protected. The kitchen area is flat and a nice space to work in. The tent sites are spread about the area. As mentioned in other reviews, the toilet is visible from parts of the site. The landings are OK, including the one on the north side. For some reason there has been a lot of illegal tree cutting on this particular site.

Large site, great kitchen area. Sheltered landing for one canoe on the north side, but decent enough space on the south for more. The really big negative for some (my wife would be one for sure) is that the latrine is pretty visible from the tent areas. For so many trees the hammock options are surprisingly limited.

Small peninsula provides a great landing, awesome views in all directions, & even decent shore fishing. 3 top notch level tent pads, great log seating, open & airy - yet enough trees for tarps, hammocks and canoe storage.

Good landing around the point. Site is shaded and airy. Fire grate needs some seating work. One of the nicer sites I've stayed at.

Great site on a point with flat rocks for 360 degree star-gazing. Nice cooking area and tent pads. Gull is a good fishing lake with good numbers and size of smallmouth, walleye, and pike.
