Hey just FYI for people this is no longer an official campsite. The grate was removed between 2021 and 2022, not sure why. Learned this lesson the hard way by hiking all the way there and having to hike back. Definitely could still camp there if necessary, but it lacks a grate and a toilet.

Others seem to really like this site, and it might be great during canoe season. To me, this site seems really low to to the water. Also, we were unable to find a biff attached to this one.

Great site with lots of places to lay on the rocks. Firewood is at a minimum, site was closed on last visit, but have stayed here many times on backpacking trips around the lake. Good Northern fishing.
