Beautiful site, very secluded (saw one other group on the lake in 4 days). Plenty of room for a larger group.

Nice campsite for a small group. The fire did not affect the campsite. The kitchen is up on a rock and has a nice view of the lake. There is no shade in the kitchen, though. There is one very nice tent pad just behind the kitchen. There is one more decent tent pad a bit further on. A couple more OK tent pads are scattered throughout the woods. The landing is decent. You can pull in to a gravel/sandy landing, but it is too small to parallel park the canoe. We caught walleyes right in front of the campsite.

Great spot to set up solo. Had the area to myself. Oasis amid the burned out area. Fun to explore the river and caught some decent walleyes in the lake.

Looks nice from the water. (It was occupied) Lots of large live trees; no apparent damage from the fire.
