Amazing campsite, truly a 5-star! There are more tent pads now than previously; enough for multiple tents. Our 10x12 6 person tent fit nicely onto one that was just the right distance from the fire grate. The site is open and has southern and eastern exposure to the lake; the breeze helped keep the bugs down. Plenty of big white and red pines to hang food packs. Cool little island right next door, easy swimming distance when the water is warm enough. The fire grate / cooking area is right on the water- what a great view! The caveat to this fire grate location is you will always be contending with the wind when cooking.
This a really great site for families or first-timers; an easy portage in, about a 30 minute paddle, and you are there!

Very, very nice campsite for a small group. The view is absolutely gorgeous. The best landing area is not directly in front of the campsite; it is around the north end of the site. The landing is shallow and protected in a small bay. The swimming area appeared rocky. The site is small, but if you only have one tent, this site is great.
