Nice spot, nothing too special, but a good stop either on the way or the way out.

Beautiful site on top of a rock. One tent pad near the grate. A second is in the trees - it would also work for a hammock. You can probably find another spot if you need a third. Landing is OK. There is enough space to parallel park the canoe, but there is a slight slope, so the footing was a little awkward.

This is a pretty lake, especially the East side with its bluffs. As for this site, very small and tons of bugs as there are no large canopy trees nearby. Fair amount of traffic coming in and heading thru from Mudro. Small bass are abundant.

We were surprised to arrive on a Saturday afternoon and have this entire beautiful lake to ourselves. We only spent one night here at the beginning of the trip so my memory is hazy. I know I took a nice quick swim off a good landing. There was a good set-up for a tarp and a couple hammocks. Large kitchen seating area. Very buggy at latrine.
