Previous posts are all accurate, but I'll add that this is definitely a campsite you do not want to stay at if you expect rain in any quantity. It's at the base of a high hill, and you can tell a LOT of water flows down this hill right through the site. There are cedars to the right, cedars to the left, and cedars above. This isn't just because it faces north (which makes it a dank spot to boot).
The vegetation and the obvious water flow patterns made this the perfect teaching moment for my 19 and 17 year old kids on how to look at a site from the perspective of "gee, wonder what it's like if it rains?".

Site is basically a slanted rock slope right on the water. Can't imagine there would be much privacy.

It has a poor landing and very poor seating, kitchen area. Views of Knife and Canada are great.

just paddled by this site (didn't check out the pads)- small, overgrown, grill area is a tight space and close to water
