Nice view. It could be windy if the wind is from the east or northeast. It is protected from the other directions. Since this is not in the Boundary Waters, there is a picnic table. It also has a fire pit and a fire grate. The landing is rocky/gravel. It is a steep climb from the landing to the site. Many white pines. One of the good tent pads is a bit slanted, but not badly.
