Nice site on a peninsula. Exposed fire ring though. Good shade at the edge of the fire ring for tent pads. Relatively easy take out on a granite ledge, short climb up to center of the site. Area is backed by a pine covered ridge. Renter's cabin not far away from the site which is a bit of a detraction. Otherwise a good place to base camp on Radiant. Shoal lake is a worthwhile daytrip for smallmouth bass.
