This is a proper campsite with an orange sign, a fire ring, and two decent tent pads. I strung my hammock across the larger/lower tent pad and had a lovely night. There is, however, no real landing -- just some smaller rocks in shallower water -- and the carry up to the camp is steep and fairly long. I was only too happy to make that carry for a simple reason: solitude. On a lake where you often can see and too often can hear other campers, this site has a very secluded feel. People still paddle by in this narrow area, of course, but you can't see or hear their camps normally.
