Tricky landing. Exposed fire grate but, excellent view of the lake. Room for larger groups, best tent pad was out on the peninsula away from camp.

This is a nice campsite on a semi-secluded lake. I don't think many people make it back to Chad Lake. The campsite has a couple of nice tent pads. The landing is decent - a sloping rock. The rock may be slippery when wet. The kitchen commands a view of the lake. The entire campsite is pretty open towards the west, so it could be a bit breezy or windy at times.
