Big, open site with a nice landing and good trees for hammocks. We had 3 hammocks and 1 tent for our group of 5 and it worked great. There was a fire ban in effect so we did not sit around the fire grate at all, instead we set up a tarp for shelter from the sun/rain back in the trees on the SE side of camp.

Nice campsite, but about 300 yards north were it is shown on most maps. The wind was from the southwest when I was there, so it was a bit buggy. If you walk north of the campsite along the lake on the game trail, you will find a sandy cove that is wonderful.

Good landing, great fire grate with excellent kitchen seating & tables. Several large tent pads with a red pine canopy. Lots of room. Only minor drawback (depending on season) is that site is slightly exposed.

The landing and swim area is very nice. It is a granite slab that slopes down to sand and gravel. The site is among open pines and cedar. It has a good view to the south.
